Cotoc was incorporated in 2009 and started serving companies in 2015, since then we have taken on the task of making sure companies and organizations are working at their highest potential and efficiency. We do this by using our experience to assess what clients need and how we as a company can meet those needs. We do this by pulling from our network of experienced and hard working consultants. These consultants assist in whatever project fits their skill set best.

Ray Rosato

Ray Rosato is an accomplished Supply Chain professional with over 36 years experience working in Upstream and Midstream energy companies. His key focus areas have been strategy development, program implementation and relationship management while working in Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Engineering. Ray enjoys sports (especially ice hockey), music and movies when spending his time with family and friends.

Jason Iacobucci

Jason founded PowerRunner, LLC in 2007, an innovative software and high-value consulting company serving the energy and IoT industries. Mr. Iacobucci has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, successfully designing and implementing software systems for Energy Market Operations, Energy Settlements, Risk Management/ Deal Capture, Billing, Forecasting and Transaction Management systems for North American (ISOs/RTOs) and European central markets, as well as for regulated and deregulated energy industry companies.

Wayne Lopez

Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer and Board Member at Vertify. Wayne has over 20 years of experience focused on big data, customer intelligence and B2B business applications. He has held key leadership roles typically in fast paced, high growth startup environments ranging from Sr. Manager of Products at OVE.com (a division of Cox Automotive), Sr. Product Manager at TrendKite (which was acquired for $255M by Cision) and VP of Technology and Product at Insperity SaaS Division.

He has also spent time at notable companies including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and CapGemini.

Wayne is originally from New Orleans, LA where he graduated from Xavier University of LA. He also has an MBA from The Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, DC.

He is currently married with 2 children and resides in Austin, TX where he is actively involved in the tech startup community and provides mentoring and adviserships to many minority led tech startups

Sadia Ayaz

Sadia Ayaz is a seasoned International Change Management & HR Consultant with over 15 years of extensive

professional experience in US, UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has a proven track record of developing & implementing

HR & HR Transformation strategies that deliver business impact. During her career within various industries including

Sustainability Services, E-Commerce, Oil & Gas, Technology, Healthcare and Medical Devices, she has served as a key

advisor and coach to Executive Staff in defining, building and executing strategies to advance business initiatives and

employer branding while containing cost. Ayaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in

Organizational Behavior. She is trained in Organizational Design, Organizational and Behavioral Change Management.

She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
